I had a jacket potato.

I had a nice chat with a girl in Go Outdoors.

I spoke with some friends.

I looked at some social media.

I had a nice roast.

January 21st

I had a McDonalds for breakfast.

I went to Rugby.

I read some of my book.

January 19th

I played the Telly Addicts game and answered a few questions.

I sorted out the fridge and the freezer.

January 18th

I went to Costco.

I chatted with a friend.

I watched The Detectorists.

January 17th

I bleached my hair.

I spent time with a friend.

I had talking therapy.

I had a meal out with my family.

January 16th

I had pizza.

I went to HIIT.

I read my book.

I had a shower.

January 15th

I slept all morning.

I had a great roast.

I did some exercise.

January 14th

I went to Tesco to do the weekly shop.

I had an Indian takeaway for my evening meal and ate with my fingers.

January 13th

I watched TV all day.

I was reminded to take it one day at a time.

I was reminded to set tiny targets and reward myself when I reached them... but not to be hard on myself if I didn't.

January 12th

 I went to a funeral today. I am glad that it wasn't mine.

January 11th

I was signed off work with stress.

I wasn't fired.

I started taking antidepressants.

January 10th

I didn't get fired.

I spent the evening with my sister.

I spoke with friends.


January 9th

I went to HIIT with a friend and was lifting heavier than everyone.

I had salad for lunch.

I had a good talk about where life is going.

I had McDonalds for tea.

January 8th

I had a really nice Hot Chocolate.

I had fun at Church.

I had toasties for supper.

January 7th

I went to the gym.

I connected with my family.

I made a veggie-heavy dinner.

I chatted with friends.

January 6th

I went out to dinner and had Steak.

I spent time with a friend who said they appreciated my friendship and the time we spent together.

I went to three HIIT classes in three days, and am so proud of myself for it!

January 5th

I went to HIIT at night and saw lots of people I knew.

I had a great day at work and got a lot done.

I did reception for a bit in the morning and felt in control.

I made a to do list and did most of it!

January 4th

I went to HIIT and worked out my hardest.

I ate stuffed mushrooms for tea.

I talked to my friends on WhatsApp.

January 3rd

It was the first day back at work today after the Christmas holidays. I got to chat with friends and have lunch and left almost on time.

When I got home I did my chores and practised playing on the piano and sent a video to some friends of me playing A Winter's Tale because I was proud. They were proud of me too.

I went for dinner with the family to celebrate Top Ender's 19th birthday.

I chatted with friends on Whatsapp and had a shower before bed.

I finished watching Series 2 of Happy Valley and had lots of people message me because I hadn't gone to HIIT in the morning because I had been with my family.

January 2nd

I went on the annual New Year's Day Ward Walk around Willen Lake. I spent time with friends on the walk, chatting and catching up and setting the world to rights. I spent two hours outside.

I went for a walk around the City and didn't buy anything!

I chatted with friends on WhatsApp and got the new coat hooks put up.

January 1st

I went on the radio and talked about my adventure last Summer, backpacking around Europe. I spoke about how important my friends and family are to me, and that no matter what 2023 throws at me I'm ready for it.

I spoke to friends and had a giggle at Church. I made sure to speak to my friends via WhatsApp and Social Media so that they know how important they are to me.

I went for a walk and spent an hour and two minutes outside.

I had Sushi for my supper.
